Welcome to Colorado

When I traveled to Colorado, I visited a charming, quaint little town called Lake City. Although the town's allure was undeniable, getting there was quite an ordeal. After landing in Denver and renting a car, we embarked on a daunting five-and-a-half-hour drive. The journey was nerve-wracking, as the roads hugged the edges of cliffs without guardrails, and ominous signs warned of falling boulders. These boulders were massive, some the size of cars. Afterward, we spent some time in Denver, enjoying the vibrant city's attractions and amenities. While I would love to revisit Colorado, I’d prefer staying closer to Denver to avoid another harrowing drive.
