Airboat Tours

Bayou Swamp Tours with Captain Randy was an amazing adventure. He was very knowledgeable. It was a little cold that day as we were there in February, but it was so worth it. Captain Randy’s expertise made the New Orleans Airboat Tour an unforgettable experience. Despite the chilly February weather, the thrill of gliding through the swamps and spotting wildlife made it all worthwhile. Captain Randy’s deep understanding of the local ecosystem and his engaging storytelling brought the history and culture of the bayou to life. The airboat ride itself was exhilarating, offering a unique perspective of the swamp’s beauty and serenity. The combination of Captain Randy’s passion for the bayou and the breathtaking scenery made this tour a highlight of our trip to New Orleans. If you’re looking for an authentic and exciting way to explore the Louisiana swamps, this tour is a must-do!

If you want to have any kind of fun celebration, Bourbon Street will not let you down.

Mardi Gras

Experiencing Mardi Gras in New Orleans is a must at least once in your lifetime. This celebration spans several weeks, peaking on Fat Tuesday, the day before Ash Wednesday. The festive season includes parades, masquerade balls, and lively street parties. The city’s streets burst with colorful floats, costumed revelers, and the sounds of jazz and brass bands. Mardi Gras is an unforgettable event that highlights the unique spirit and culture of New Orleans. Note: I would not recommend bringing children to the Mardi Gras festival.

Jackson Square is so much fun! There are so many places to shop, eat and watch live entertainment. It is located in the French Quarter and is a vibrant park that embodies the city’s rich cultural heritage. Visitors can enjoy landscaped gardens, live music from street performers, and views of the Mississippi River.
